Use the google doc template below to complete the written portion of your app. Customization is allowed but keep the items where they are (profile at the top, personality at the top, stats where they are, etc). Do not change the margins or page size.
The world is modern and uses real world settings. Characters can be any race, gender, or sexuality. All characters must be at least 18+ and it is recommended that characters are between the ages of 20-35 (not a hard rule).

A clear hue appears light in color and reflects a healthy mental state, while a clouded hue is opaque and indicates distress.

Hues are unique to each resident in Yue Song. They don’t have an application outside of representing the mental state of the person in question.
You may choose to represent this how you like. Incorporating their hue into the visual/character design is optional.
CRIME COEFFICIENT
The tendency for an individual to commit a crime is represented by their crime coefficient.
You can read more about them here.
Your character’s crime coefficient will largely remain the same over the course of the group. There will be chances for it to change in mod-events and member-directed episodes.
Choose a number between 20 and 350 to represent your character’s crime coefficient. Characters with extremely high or low crime coefficients will be subject to more scrutiny.
STATS
Big Data is not combat-heavy. The stats exist mainly for flavor-rolling. Rearranging stat points is allowed with the purchase of an in-shop item but it is unlikely I will allow characters to gain more stat points in the future.
You have a total of (5) stat points to distribute, with a max of (3) and (-1) for a category.
Art
A colored half-body is the minimum requirement for the app. The level of rendering is up to you. Commissioned artwork is allowed with 50% completion upon submission, but keep in mind that we will have events that will be art heavy.
Design considerations
- Unnatural hair/eye colors are allowed.
- Fashion styles are modern and encompass previous/passing fashion trends.
- Prosthetics/cybernetics are allowed without additional stat bonuses (max is still 3 in a category).

Join
Submit your completed art and written application to the appropriate google form.
The written application must be a published version of the document since we will be hosting it on the site.
You will be able to make changes/edits to your app and have them appear on the site without any additional steps.
NPCs
- A Resident of Yue Song outside of District 14
- Family members/Friends/Coworkers/Affiliates
- Tourists/Visitors
- Have a crime coefficient in the range 20-350.
- Have a crime coefficient that fluctuates as required for your purposes.
- Be counted for word counts/art credits.
- Be roleplayed in threads without an app. Any appearances in mod-events will require a completed application.
- Participate in mod-events with a major role. Roleplaying them in mod-events will require you to convert your NPC to a secondary.
NPCs fill out the same written and drawn application as a player character. There is more leniency with NPC creation than secondary characters or player OCs.
You must wait a month before converting your NPC into a player character.
